Q: What type of vehicle was used during the tours and transfers?
Luxury Tour Turkey owns Mercedes Vito (VIP) and Mercedes Sprinter-type vehicles for tours and transfers.
Q: Can I revise tour packages offered online?
Yes, tour packages are calculated for fixed days and itineraries; however, you can revise them as you request.
Q: What type of hotels are used in my Turkey tour package?
Luxury Tour Turkey only uses 5* and branded/chain hotels with the best locations, whose Tripadvisor and Trustpilot scores are superb.

Q: What is the booking/confirmation process?
After the tour is finalized by you and the Luxury Tour Turkey tour operator,
Deposit payments will be requested from your side.
Following the deposit payment, the invoice will be sent the next day. (After the approval of the finance team.)
-After the approval of the deposit, Further details such as Your International flight arrival and departure details, Passport copies for domestic flight tickets, and hotel’s fast-track check-in (Passports sent to hotels for fast-track check-in so that you don’t need to wait at the reception)
After further details are sent by your side, the tour operator will send your tour confirmation within 5 business days, including your domestic flight tickets and meet-and-greet details, as well as your tour assistant’s contact number, which is available 7/24.
Q: Will I get any invoices after the deposit payment?
Yes, the tour operator will send your invoice the next day after the deposit is paid by your side. The finance team of Luxury Tour Turkey needs to get approval from the bank, which takes ‘1 business day’.
